Spraying is the application of liquid or granular material to crops to protect them from insects, weeds and various diseases. Spraying can be achieved by different methods depending on the amount, area, type of crop, area and of course your preference. Sulfur and thiochalcine are the basic materials traditionally used by growers for the ecological plant protection of horticulture. They are applied at a preventive level, but also at the appearance of the first symptoms of the diseases and are repeated according to the intensity of the disease.
How do I choose the right machine for spraying?
Spraying is a big part of the agriculture industry. Whether you are an amateur and like to work on your garden and vegetable garden or you are a professional and want to protect your production, you will definitely need a sprayer or a spraying machine as your valuable assistant.
One of the main advantages of these sprayers is that they allow farmers to cover large areas quickly, thus acting as a cost-effective option.
The most common types of agricultural sprayers:
Due to the advancement of technology, various types of spraying machines have evolved, each with unique features and applications.
-Manual sprinklers
Portable sprayers, also known as hand sprayers, are one of the most affordable options on the market, making them an excellent choice for small-scale farming operations. Their capacity ranges from 2 to 20 liters and is a good choice for tending small gardens or plots. There are simple ones with a handle or trigger as well as battery operated ones for easier and more relaxing work.
Sprayers allow more control over the application of the liquid substance. The liquid is sprayed from an adjustable nozzle, allowing the user to adjust the distance and direction of the spray. These sprayers are not suitable for large-scale agricultural operations due to their small size and limited capacity.

-Sprayer with tank and petrol engine
The backpack sprayer with 25 liter tank is a portable and low maintenance option for growers. With a spacious polypropylene tank and high flow piston pump it can be used to spray pesticides or other liquids in a light mist or connected to another nozzle for higher spraying.
- Spraying from a tractor
An easy solution for large sprays is a spray assembly that consists of a 200/300/500 liter container and a diaphragm or piston pump on a metal base, and is connected directly to the tractor's cardan shaft from where it gets its drive. Then it can be connected on the machine, spray bar with nozzle 4/8/10/12/16/20. They can cover much more area in one go and at high speed, thanks to the power provided by the tractor. This makes them ideal for large-scale agricultural operations where efficiency is paramount.
-Ground sprinklers
Ground sprayers can be powered by an electric or gasoline engine and can be stationary, wheeled or even tank mounted. The engines we use are reliable from Interpower, HONDA, BRIGGS&STRATTON, MITSUBISHI factories. Containers can have a capacity from 30 to 200 liters!

The correct spraying of crops is different and is achieved with different types of nozzles depending on the need, for example for soil weeding, for arboriculture, for viticulture, for low vegetation or for very tall trees, there is the corresponding nozzle. When we use the right tube, in addition to effective spraying, we also save medicine and protect nature and ourselves (of course using the appropriate clothing and spray masks for full coverage).
Our spray pipes are heavy-duty, triple braided with a maximum pressure of 200 bar, Japan technology and are supplied in coils of 50 & 100 meters with a diameter of 8.5 or 10 millimeters. They include the connection fitting.
