Grape presses wooden manual BCM, crushing with ratchets suitable for the production of must after the crushing of the grapes by the crushers. We take the crushed or pressed grape and place it inside the grape press (trocolo) so that we get the remaining juices of the crushed grape. The grape presses we have are made with the best specifications and in addition to the production of must we can also use it for the production of fruit juice. Usually the proportion of must we receive is one (1) liter of must for every 2 or 3 kilos of grapes.
