MD-55RM Teflon magnetic acid and chemical pump - 220volt.

The pumps in this series are magnetic. The magnetic force of the electric motor drives and rotates the impeller inside the pump chamber, causing the pumped liquid to be pushed from the inlet to the outlet.

Magnetic pumps have no suction capacity. Before use, the body of the pump should be filled with the liquid to be pumped.

The pumped liquid must NOT contain metal filings due to the magnetic field.

The installation of the pump is done by a qualified person and always as close as possible to the tank.

CAUTION: The liquid level in the tank is ALWAYS HIGHER than the pump. As the pump has no suction capability, it must always be at least 30cm below the tank level, otherwise it will overheat or be damaged by entrapped air.

The exit path must always be up.

Magnetic chemical pumps are NOT waterproof and should not get wet. It is not recommended to store them in a damp or dusty place or under the sun.

Do not overtighten the fittings on the pump ports, as the pump may break.

NEVER operate the pump without fluid.

Before long-term storage of the pump, empty it and run it with clean water for 5 minutes. If storage lasts longer than 3 months, this should be repeated.
